Essential Qualifications
Age: 18 years and above
1.Apparel Category
Degree or Diploma in Apparel is a must
Well versed with apparel designs, trends, fits and can design independently as per the needs of Brand India
Experience if any will be an added advantage
2.Home Decor
Degree or Diploma related to Home Decor is a must
Good knowledge of Home Decor products
Work experience related to Home Decor
3.Furniture
Good knowledge of furniture products
Work experience related to furniture
Must be creative / innovative in design
development
4. Accessories
Design concept in accessories required
Good knowledge of accessories products and
market trends
Work experience related to accessories
5.Handicraft & Heritage
Must be a creative person
Good knowledge of handicraft and heritage products
Work experience related to Handicraft and Heritage will be an added advantage
SELECTION PROCESS..
Round 1
All Entry Forms and Mini Portfolios received in the required format either online or by post/courier across all categories before the last date, will be reviewed by Mr. Raghavendra Rathore and his team, and approved by NTC Team. From this, a select number of candidates will be shortlisted for Round 2 keeping in mind the strategic and creative vision. The number of candidates called for interview will be at the discretion of Mr Raghavendra Rathore and NTC Team.
Round 2
Will be scheduled in New Delhi for which interview letters/mails will be sent to the selected candidates. In Round 2, candidates will be given an assignment by Mr. Raghavendra Rathore and his team, which they have to complete and submit within specified time.
WINNERS!
On the basis of creative skills and personal interview judged by Mr. Rathore & NTC Team, winners will be selected in each category. The winners will work on contract basis for one year with NTC, which could be renewed subject to their performance.
NTC reserves the right to change/modify/terminate the contest/contract whatsoever without any liability to NTC Limited.Work experience related to accessories
